For over 70 years the Constructors Association of Western Pennsylvania has proudly represented union contractors engaged in the heavy and highway construction industry. Our more than 70 contractors working throughout Western Pennsylvania are in need of skilled workers, heavy equipment operators, carpenters, concrete finishers and laborers. As union contractors, CAWP contractor members employ workers who are members of the Carpenters, Cement Masons, Laborers, Operating Engineers, Pile Drivers and Teamsters Unions. The benefits of union membership are many.
